Chuck is an American action-comedy/spy-drama television series created by Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak. Produced by College Hill Pictures, Fake Empire Productions, Wonderland Sound and Vision, and Warner Bros. Television, the series premiered on September 24, 2007, on NBC, airing on Monday nights at 8:00 p.m./7:00 p.m. Central. Chuck was at risk of being canceled after the second season but ended up ending after the fifth season.
Thoughts
This high concept action series is a great watch. It is however fairly unbelievable as the characters talk spy stuff at the most inappropriate of times. The missions, technologies, and tactics are quite fascinating. Once I started watching Chuck, I was hooked. Great for kids, great sound track, good family fun.
Plot
When a twenty-something computer geek inadvertently downloads critical government secrets into his brain, CIA and NSA assign two agents to protect him and exploit such knowledge, turning his life upside down.
